Stress can be caused by a variety of factors both outside the body and within.
Millions of people around the world at some time or another feel symptoms of stress. It is a feeling of heaviness and pressure on one’s physical and mental capacities. Magnesium is also necessary for absorption of calcium and potassium and is found in many fruits, vegetables, seeds, dates and prunes.
