Bananas will calm the rumble and tumble of your stomach from the night before while the honey will help build up the levels of sugar that have been depleted by the alcohol. Ginger, peppermint, lime, lemon and kudzu extract are all natural herbs than can be mixed with hot water and honey to create a soothing tea. The chemical makeup of each of these will help decrease symptoms of a hangover.
